Are you feeling stuck in a rut, or just angrier lately? Don’t know where to start and have limited time? Perhaps, there is a negative event or trauma from your past that you just can’t shake and seems to be impacting your day to day life?

8-10 Week Therapy Intensive

Using guided meditations, mind-body activities, and tools from EMDR therapy we will dive into what is keeping you in that rut, process current stressors, and you will learn coping skills to help you feel lighter, find more joy, and get pumped for summer. 

This will NOT be endless therapy sessions where you talk in circles and don’t seem to get anywhere. This IS for someone who is motivated, wants to make positive changes, and get some relief.
